Summary
- Department: Emergency Department
- Shift Timing: 20:45 - 09:15 Hours Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours)
- Per Week: 36 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Prefer 2 years of recent ED experience in larger ED dept
May need to float to sites within 40 miles
